Delivery times

Orders are processed within one business day. Expedited-shipping orders are processed within two hours. You'll receive an email confirmation when we've received your order. When we ship your order, you'll receive an email with a shipping carrier tracking number.

Return policy

The Pure Michigan Store provides refunds for returned products, if unused and in resalable condition, for up to 30 days following the day you placed the order.

Please call the Pure Michigan Store Customer Care team at 800-206-7407 for return procedure instructions and to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Following our receipt and processing of your return, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the item(s), plus sales tax, if applicable to your order. This policy does not cover shipping costs.

Your returned products must be in their original packaging and properly packed to prevent damage in transit to us. We will only accept and process returns that have a Return Authorization Number.
